Jessica
RDH / Office Manager
Hygienist who also runs the office. She'll likely be the one who knows your kids' names and your last cleaning by heart.
The team
Dr. Bailey's team knows patients by name, by story, and by history — building relationships that make every visit feel familiar.
Owner & Dentist
“What do you like to do for fun?”
That is Dr. Bailey's opening question to every new patient. It catches people off guard. That's the point: he believes he cannot treat you well if he does not know you first.
Dr. Bailey graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2001, with a BS in Zoology from Louisiana State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from McNeese State. He has practiced in Prairieville since 2001.

“It's a Christian based office and family practice. I also love the people I work with and Zek (Dr Bailey's service dog) is an extra bonus!”
Scheduling Coordinator
The voice on the phone when you call. She's the one who asks about your concern before your insurance card.
EDDA — Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
Chairside assistant trained in expanded duties — the steady hands you'll feel during restorative work.
And one more
“Our comfort animal has held more hands during procedures than most dental assistants.”
Zek is Dr. Bailey's service dog. He is present in the office and has laid in patients' laps during procedures to calm severe anxiety. He is — in the words of our financial coordinator Tracy — “an extra bonus.” In the words of a 20-year patient writing on Google: “If you're lucky, you might even get to give Dr. Bailey's sweet dog some love — the best part of the visit.”
You'll meet him in person.
The first visit starts with a question that has nothing to do with your teeth.
