Prairieville, Louisiana — Since 2001
The difference between being treated and being cared for.
For more than two decades, Dr. Gray A. Bailey has built this practice around one conviction: know the person before you treat the patient. Same-day crowns. Phased treatment. A team who remembers your name and your story.
A real preview, not a promise
What your first visit actually looks like.
Four moments that aren't marketing language — they're how care gets delivered here, in this order, every time.
-
The phone call leads with your concern.
Front desk asks what brought you here and what you're worried about — before they ask about your insurance card.
-
Dr. Bailey opens with a question that has nothing to do with your teeth.
“What do you like to do for fun?” It catches people off guard. That's the point.
-
Your plan is built in phases across four pillars.
Periodontal health, caries, function, and esthetics — paced to your life, your budget, and what your body can handle.
-
A welcome letter arrives by mail, signed by every team member.
Not an automated email. A real letter, signed in real handwriting, in a world that stopped doing that.
What we do
Comprehensive care, organized around your life.
Treatment is built around four clinical pillars — periodontal health, caries, function, and esthetics — not around a list of products.

“I'm so grateful for Dr. Bailey and the whole staff. They will treat you better than just another patient, in no time at all, you'll be a friend.”
“Dr. Bailey and his staff always make [us] feel very welcome and comfortable! Going to the dentist isn't on the top of our fun things to do but everyone here makes it a pleasant experience.”
Meet Dr. Bailey
“I will not give you subpar work.”
Dr. Bailey graduated LSU School of Dentistry in 2001 and has practiced in Prairieville ever since. His standard is personal: restorations have been delayed and remade when they did not meet what he would accept for his own family. His Christian faith expressed as operational conviction — treat others as you would want to be treated.
