$560 per person, per year.
For $560 per person annually, we'll cover up to $1,121 worth of services, including preventative X-rays, plus 20% off additional services.

If you have dental insurance, we'll file your claim on your behalf. Most of our patients still get partial reimbursement. We're just not bound by what the insurance company says we have to do.
